Do you offer shipping world wide?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 2–5 days, and delivery within Australia typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. 

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during peak periods.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can use this link to check the status and location of your delivery in real time.

If it’s been more than 14 business days and you haven’t received your order or tracking update, please contact us at frostzclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Who do we Ship with?

We ship all orders through Australia Post, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery across Australia. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress right to your door.

Can I return my product?

We want you to absolutely love your Frostz Co. purchase! But if for any reason it’s not quite right, don’t worry we’ve got you covered.

You can send us an email within 30 days with photo evidence that something is wrong with the product and we will give you store credit to purchase something else.

Just reach out to us at frostzclothing@gmail.com, and we’ll help you with the return process.

Please note, sale items, worn items can’t be returned. Your happiness means everything to us!

How can I choose the right size?

We want your Frostz Co. products to fit perfectly! Each product page has a detailed size chart to help you find your best fit.

What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?

We take great care to ensure every Frostz Co. product is thoroughly checked before it reaches you, so defects are very rare. However, if something does slip through at any stage and your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at frostzclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right with a replacement, exchange for a new one — your satisfaction means everything to us!
